Dashboard personalization
Agents are easily added, removed, and organized in the Dashboard. A powerful cloning feature allows Agents to share and apply logic to different data sources. A single Agent can be designed that can access dozens or even hundreds of different pages on a corporate intranet, with the actual page or data source monitored controlled by each individual user.

Single-click drill-downs
Simply clicking on an Agent opens a window with additional information about the data points displayed in the Agent itself. The information displayed in the window is HTML and be from one or multiple data sources.

In addition, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office documents can be retrieved and displayed in an Agent's window, provided the corresponding software is present on the user's computer.

Snippets delivers layers of information in a format appropriate for the device displaying the information. The layer immediately visible provides the most critical information at a glance. From there, a single click delivers more details, while two clicks typically jumps the user to the information source.

Caching system
Snippets caches the information from the most recent update, making it instantly accessible as well as allowing users to view important information while not connected to the network.

Application integration
Agents are intelligent programs that can extract data from one application and have it interact with data from another application. Agents do this by either bridging data commands between applications or using inter-Agent messaging.

Snippets supports SSL data encryption and can authenticate users through a wide variety of protocols. Several levels of access privileges can also be assigned to different users for the same snippet.
